BRIDAL STYLIST & CUSTOMER COORDINATOR
SPECIALISM: STOCKROOM SUPERVISOR
NEWCASTLE BOUTIQUE (JESMOND)
Full Time, Permanent Role
The Marrime Bridal Stylist & Customer Coordinator is the reassuring constant in a bride’s journey — blending fashion-led styling with calm, precise coordination behind the scenes. This role delivers unforgettable appointments while taking ownership of gown care, stock flow, and boutique readiness.
With an eye for style and a love of detail, you’ll move seamlessly between the fitting room and the stockroom — ensuring every dress is pristine, every client feels seen, and every moment reflects Marrime’s modern luxury standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Styling & Client Experience
- Host confident, uplifting one-to-one bridal appointments that reflect Marrime’s aesthetic.
- Interpret each bride’s vision and curate looks from the Marrime edit to suit her shape, style, and venue.
- Drive sales performance with a focus on personal conversion and attachment (accessories, veils, shoes).
- Support aftercare: fittings guidance, alterations notes, final gown preparation, and collection.
- Keep the boutique appointment-ready — music, lighting, refreshments, and immaculate presentation.
2. Client Coordination
- Manage booking flow and communication across Acuity and Shopify with clarity and warmth.
- Keep client records, appointment notes, and gown statuses accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle follow-ups and queries with professionalism; escalate sensitively when required.
- Support trunk shows, brand events, and peak periods with organised, calm efficiency.
3. Stockroom Supervision (Specialism)
- Own the stockroom: organised rails, clear labelling, steaming, and daily readiness.
- Quality-control all new arrivals; unpack, tag, photograph/log, and enter into systems accurately.
- Track gown movements (arrivals, departures, loans, returns, discontinued styles).
- Prepare daily pull-lists; ensure samples are pristine and on-rail for each appointment.
- Maintain Marrime standards of cleanliness, calm, and control across back-of-house.
4. Operations & Team Contribution
- Assist with merchandising, stock admin, and smooth appointment flow.
- Share practical ideas to improve efficiency and elevate client experience.
- Set the tone for standards; offer informal guidance to newer team members.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, or a client-facing sales role.
- Proven customer service skills with a warm, confident, and polished manner.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail; comfortable owning processes end-to-end.
- Target-aware and commercially minded (conversion, AOV, attachment).
- Confident handling high-value product with care and accountability.
- Fully available for a 40-hour week including Saturdays and some Sundays for events/peaks.
Desirable
- Bridal or occasionwear experience.
- Stockroom, VM, or quality-control experience.
- Familiarity with Shopify / Shopify POS and Acuity (or similar systems).

- Passionate about weddings, fashion, and creating memorable experiences.
- Calm under pressure; solutions-focused and dependable.
- Immaculate presentation; takes pride in standards and finishing touches.

- Maintain a strong personal conversion rate in line with Marrime targets.
- Uphold impeccable gown care, stock accuracy, and boutique readiness.
