From the very first conversation with Haley about her bridal vision, we knew her wedding would be something extraordinary. On the 23rd of July 2025, beneath the breathtaking backdrop of Ktima Lindos, Rhodes, Greece, Haley and her now husband Glenn exchanged vows in front of 60 of their dearest family and friends.

With timeless moments beautifully documented by photographer Savvas Argirou and content creators LUXWEDD, Haley’s wedding unfolded like a modern editorial love story. Here, Haley reveals every detail, from discovering her dream dress at Marrime to the final dance beneath the Grecian sky!
Which gown did you choose from Marrime and why?
“I chose the KYHA Bride Apollo wedding dress. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, sleek, minimal, with a slit, and this gown ticked every box. All the other dresses I tried that day had one element I loved, but none had it all… until my stylist mentioned a new arrival that had just come in the night before, and I was the first to try it on. The moment I put it on, I knew it had everything I’d been looking for.”
It is incredible how sometimes the right dress almost feels like it was waiting just for you. Apollo really is the perfect balance of sleek and minimal with that modern edge, it's like everything aligned in that moment!
What made you say yes to the dress?
“I was obsessed with the detachable sleeves, which were perfect for our abroad wedding, as I could wear them during the day and remove them in the evening for a second look. Plus, it was by my favourite designer, so it instantly felt like “the one.”
Did you make any customisations to your gown or accessories?
“Besides the usual alterations so that the gown would fit me perfectly, none. I didn’t even need to consider going to another bridal shop because as soon as I put the dress on, I knew it was perfect for our day.”
How did your gown make you feel on the day?
“From the moment I put it on, I felt confident, elegant, and completely myself. It was everything."

I’d dreamed of and more. Plus, It felt absolutely perfect for our Greek venue. The draping and slit gave it such an elegant yet effortless vibe. Our content creators (very flatteringly!) called me a “modern Aphrodite,” which I loved. I was so happy to embrace the beauty of Greece while still wearing my absolute dream dress.”

It sounds like the dress wasn’t just beautiful, but truly you! The kind that makes you feel radiant, and completely at ease. It’s so special when a dress doesn’t just match the venue, but also reflects the whole feeling of the day, and yours sounds like pure magic!
Did your bridal look evolve alongside your wedding styling?
“Not really. I always knew the style I wanted from the very beginning. I had a clear vision for my hair, makeup, colour-schemes and gown, and everything else flowed from there. The bridesmaids wore one-shoulder gowns with ruching, which echoed the sleek, draped vibe of my dress, so the whole bridal party felt cohesive and in sync with the overall look.”
Tell us about your accessories – veil, shoes, jewellery, hair, makeup.
“My veil was the matching veil designed to go with my gown. The piping matched perfectly and it was cathedral length, which had been my one non negotiable from the start. It was everything I had wished for."
“For shoes I went for the Louboutin Hot Chick Nappa Slingback Pumps 70. I wanted to keep the look sleek and minimal and as a self confessed Loub gal they were a must.”
“Jewellery was kept minimal too, just my engagement ring and a pair of gold Crystal and Freshwater Pearl Droplet earrings from Liberty in Love. The bezel setting on the earrings matched my engagement ring perfectly, which made them feel extra special.”
“Hair and makeup took a bit more research as I could not fly out for a trial but I could not have been happier with the artists I chose. I knew exactly the makeup look I wanted and I always envisioned wearing my hair down, despite the heatwave making it a bit of a challenge. I am still so glad I went with classic Hollywood waves as it felt the most “me”."

“My veil was from Marrime! I got it with my dress on my first appointment.”

What was your hair and makeup brief?
“My brief was a mix of old Hollywood glamour and modern bride. I love a full glam, sexy look and both my hair and makeup artists understood the vision perfectly, bringing it to life exactly as I had imagined.”
Did you do an outfit change for the evening? If so, tell us everything.
“I did not feel the need for an outfit change because my dress was so beautiful I did not want to take it off. One of my favourite things about it was having the luxury of detachable sleeves, which I removed after the ceremony, also the heat didn’t allow me to keep them on too long. It instantly gave the gown a party ready look while still feeling like the same dream dress.”
You truly know it's the dress when you never ever want to take it off!
How would you describe your overall wedding style/aesthetic in three words?
“Sleek, timeless, glamorous.”

What was your wedding day vibe – minimalist, romantic, modern, playful, editorial, or something else?
“Our wedding day vibe was a mix of minimalist, romantic, modern and editorial. The editorial element was part of the brief we gave to our content creators, and they captured it absolutely perfectly.”
Were there any specific colours, textures or references that inspired your styling?
“The venue was so beautiful, set on the Lindos coast in Rhodes, that I wanted to keep it as a main feature in itself. Once I chose the bridesmaids’ dresses in the perfect nude shade, I knew this would become the base of the colour palette, paired with black detailing and white flowers. The family kilt was green, so incorporating the natural greenery from the venue and our floral arrangements tied everything together seamlessly.”
Tell us about the floral design – who was your florist and what was the vision?
“The floral suppliers were arranged through our venue, and I believe they were Lindos Flower Shop. I wanted white calla lilies to be the main flower. My late mum had lilies at her wedding and they have always been my favourite flower, plus I have a lily tattoo, so it felt like a very personal nod to her. I had not seen the arrangements until I arrived at the venue on the day, but I had complete trust and faith in my planner. I knew they would be beautiful, and they truly were.”
Were there any standout décor elements or details that made your day feel really you?
“The flowers arranged either side of the Greek chapel doors were beautiful, and later they were moved in front of the top table, which made them a real focal point. Honestly though, the view from the venue itself was the most breathtaking detail of all. It is now a purpose built wedding venue, but when there is not a wedding it operates as a restaurant. We have eaten there before and I could not recommend a visit enough, even if you go just for the view.”

That sounds absolutely breathtaking! We love how the flowers framed the chapel doors so beautifully and then transformed into such a gorgeous focal point at the reception. It truly sounds like the kind of backdrop you never forget. How special too that the venue is part of your story even beyond the wedding day, somewhere you’d already enjoyed and can keep revisiting. It feels like the perfect blend of romance, meaning, and unforgettable scenery!
Favourite moment from the day?
“Our first dance is a moment I will never forget. I cannot stop watching the video back. We danced to N-Trance – Set You Free which I know is not the most traditionally romantic first dance song, but it was so us. When the ground flames went off in front of the sea view and infinity pool, and all of our nearest and dearest ran onto the dance floor, it was pure magic. Everyone was completely overwhelmed with a mix of emotions and euphoria, and I wish I could relive it over and over again. It was honestly perfect."
Best piece of advice you’d give to other brides planning their wedding?
“Do not worry about the small things. We chose not to do wedding favours, most people do not take them home, and we simply did not have the luggage space. It is your day and guests truly do not care if you skip the typical “extras” brides often feel pressured to include. We did not have things like photo booths or guest books because, for us, they felt unnecessary. Our main priority was that everyone was present, having the best time and making memories together. That is what your guests will remember.”

Such wonderful advice! It’s so easy to get caught up in the little details, but what really matters is the joy, the laughter, and those shared memories.
Anything you’d do differently?
"If I could go back, knowing what I know now, I would have made more of an effort to sleep the night before. I was filled with an anxiety I had never experienced before and just could not switch off. My mind kept running through every possible worry, vendors not turning up, the day not going as I had hoped, and all the things that could go wrong. In the end, everything was absolutely perfect, so I wish I had been able to relax and rest before it all began."
What did you love most about your Marrime experience?
"I loved that it was the stylist who picked out my perfect dress. She took the time and care to really understand the style, look and details I was searching for. If she had not pulled the dress out for me, I would never have tried it on. For both my appointments, the first and the collection, I made a day of it with my guests, simply because of how the store made us feel. It turned the whole experience into something even more special and worth celebrating."
